DEBUG THE BUG – Find, Fix, Win (VIII)

The future is built by those who analyze problems,
debug mistakes and code intelligent solutions.

The Inter-Class Python Competition “DEBUG THE BUG – Find, Fix, Win” was organized for Class VIII in alignment with SDG-9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, based on the theme “Smart Industries of the Future – Predicting Growth Using Python.”
The Preliminary Round, held from 14 January to 23 January 2026, saw students participate individually and demonstrate their Python skills by identifying and fixing errors using loops, lists, and conditional statements. Students were evaluated on logic, accuracy, and presentation, and the best performers from each class were shortlisted.
The Final Round, conducted on 29 January 2026, featured shortlisted students presenting Python programs designed around the given theme. Participants confidently explained their logic and predictions, showcasing strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
The competition successfully enhanced students’ logical thinking, coding proficiency, and real-world application of Python.
