Civic Soul of India (VII)
“The Constitution is not a mere lawyer’s document, it is a vehicle of life.”
                                                                                                                          — Dr. B.R. Ambedkar

Queen’s Valley School organized a class activity titled “Preamble Slogan Strip: Civic Soul of India” on 13th April 2026 for the students of Class VII, aimed at deepening their understanding of the core values enshrined in the Preamble of the Indian Constitution. The activity focused on important ideals such as justice, liberty, equality, fraternity, secularism, and sovereignty.

The students participated with great enthusiasm and creativity. Each student designed a colourful slogan strip, thoughtfully expressing one of the key constitutional values. The activity was conducted in class, where students wrote their slogans and decorated their strips, showcasing originality and clarity of thought.

All the individual strips were later combined to create a vibrant and meaningful class display titled “Civic Soul of India.” The display reflected the collective understanding of students and highlighted the essence of democratic values.

The activity successfully achieved its objective of promoting awareness about constitutional ideals, and fostering a sense of responsibility and pride towards the nation.
