Pre- Primary to XII Admission

Availability of Registration Form

A. Admission counter at the school gate : The candidates can register their names at the admission counter of the school on all working days between 9.30 am – 1.00 p.m. on payment of Rs.25/- only.

• The filled in forms should be deposited in the office of the school from 23rd November, 2023, till 1: 00 p.m. on all working days.
• The filled in application form should contain the attested photocopies of the documents as specified.

B. School Website, www.www.queensvalleyschool.in. : Registration can be done on the school website as per the schedule given .

List of valid documents for proof of residence ( Two different self attested proofs ):

• Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the Child).
• Domicile certificate of the child or of her parents
• Voters I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parent.
• Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/
• Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card/UID/Election Card/Passport/Ration Card

Photographs
Document from current school:

• Copy of latest result/ Pre Board result of class X in case of Class XI admission
• Original Transfer Certificate (at the time of admission)

Document Required for DOB:

• Self attested photo copy of the Birth Certificate.

QVS has a fleet of dedicated air-conditioned buses to take the pupils to and fro (to the school and back). Those using buses will be picked and dropped only at the stops pre-fixed by the school. No child will be picked from her door step. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to bring and pick up their wards to and from the school bus stops.

• In case a pupil wants to discontinue the use of the transport she will have to give one month’s notice or one month’s charges in lieu thereof.
• For any change in the transport arrangement, a written request stating adequate reasons should be made.

Summer Uniform

• Light blue check shirt (half sleeves)
• Skirt Beige gabardine with box pleats (inner folds of shirt material)
• Beige socks with two blue stripes.
• Black laced/buckled shoes.
• School Belt
• Blue Ribbon / hair band

**For girls till class V the skirt has a bib with a school monogram and gal lace.
Winter Uniform

• White full sleeves shirt with school monogram
• Skirt – Raymond Blue Serge with white stripes and box pleats
• Pullover – Maroon with black border stripes
• Blazer – Red Serge blazer with school monogram
