Queen’s Valley School proudly observed SWACCHOTSAV from 16 to 30 September under the ‘Swachhata Hi Sewa’ 2025 campaign. The celebrations began with a solemn Swachhata Shapath, where students pledged to uphold cleanliness and hygiene in their surroundings. Pre-primary children enthusiastically practised classroom cleaning and organisational skills, while preschoolers participated in engaging sanitation and hygiene workshops that included demonstrations on proper handwashing, toilet etiquette, and healthy daily practices. These simple activities helped develop lifelong habits in the youngest learners.
Across other grades, Classes I and II took part in plantation drives using recycled bottles and learned the importance of waste segregation. Classes III–V cleaned their classrooms using dusters, and students of Classes IV and V also presented a spirited poem recitation on the theme of cleanliness, spreading awareness through rhyme and expression. Classes VI–VIII stepped out with banners for a cleanliness drive to spread community awareness. Senior students of Classes IX and X undertook garden cleaning and cleaning of school areas, while Class IX & XI also showcased posters and paintings. A colourful Selfie Point added cheer, symbolising pride in a cleaner and greener tomorrow. Together, these activities strengthened environmental stewardship and highlighted the school’s commitment to a cleaner, healthier campus and neighbourhood.

Our preschool students enthusiastically participated in the Singing Competition on the theme “Melody of the Nation” held on 26th September 2025. The event was aimed at fostering a love for music while nurturing patriotic values among our young learners.
With their innocent voices, the little ones sang patriotic songs, national anthems, and rhymes that celebrated India’s unity and pride. From “Saare Jahan Se Achha” to “Nanha Munna Rahi Hoon”, their melodious renditions reflected both confidence and purity, creating an atmosphere filled with patriotism and joy.
The teachers were touched by the children’s spirited performances and enthusiasm. The competition not only enhanced their stage confidence but also helped them connect with the cultural and patriotic essence of our nation through music.
The program concluded with applause and appreciation for every participant, leaving behind the beautiful message that music has the power to unite hearts and honor our nation. Indeed, the tiny voices truly became the sweetest “Melody of the Nation.”

Our Nursery students proudly participated in a colorful Fancy Dress Competition on the theme “Saluting India” held on 29.09.2025. The atmosphere was filled with patriotism, pride, and joy as our tiny tots came dressed as great freedom fighters, national leaders, and brave soldiers.
Children looked adorable as Mangal Pandey, Rani Lakshmi Bai with a sword, Subhash Chandra Bose with his cap, Bhagat Singh with his turban, and Jawaharlal Nehru with his rose. Many little ones also dressed up as our Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force heroes, giving a salute that filled everyone’s hearts with respect.
Each participant spoke a few lines with great confidence about their chosen character. Their innocence, sweet voices, and patriotic expressions made the audience emotional and proud. Teachers and fellow students cheered the children wholeheartedly, making the event more vibrant and memorable.
The program concluded with thunderous applause for all participants, spreading the message that even our youngest generation carries the torch of patriotism and respect for the nation. Truly, it was a day when little hearts saluted India in the most beautiful way.

Dance is the hidden language of the soul.

In order to preserve and honor our cultural legacy through dance, Queen’s Valley School organized an inspiring inter-class solo dance competition on September 25, 2025, aligned with SDG #15 (Life on Land). The event welcomed participation from students of Class VII.

The students worked hard and showcased their talent in a lively final round. Judges evaluated them on costumes, props, expressions, confidence, and overall presentation. The event also nurtured 21st-century skills like creativity, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.

The event gave students a platform for self-expression and boosted their confidence, leaving them with pride, joy, and a deeper love for dance.

QVS organised प्राकृतिक चेतना - विज्ञापन निर्माण for class X on 3 September, 2025. Students created informative and attractive advertisements to awaken natural awareness. Through these advertisements, the students conveyed a message to the future generation to be sensitive towards nature and appealed to the entire world for its conservation.

The efforts of the participants in this informative and message-driven competition were enthusiastic and commendable.
